Because Fortem is a For Profit - Social Enterprise, we use a portion of our company's profits to hire Business Student Interns to work with our consultants, which allows our future business leaders an opportunity to understand the practical side of an operating business. In other words, they not only learn how a business should be structured for success, but also what issues businesses will experience as they grow....and how to fix them.
Our First step is to discuss with our clients anything that they would like to improve on within the company including; Operations Administration, Accounting, and any 3rd Parties.
(There are no costs to our clients for the Company Review)
Together with our clients, we evaluate processes, policies, and procedures to determine all possible issues and formulate solutions that will best suit their business needs. Once we have agreed to an action plan with the client, we determine "Costs Associated" for our consulting services with a formal proposal.
This is the most important step in sustaining the changes that the company has incorporated. We offer additional follow-up services because we feel a responsibility to our clients to help them maintain their long-term success. We encourage weekly contact following the completion of a project, then monthly to help reinforce their changes, then either quarterly or semi-annually to review, measure success, and provide coaching if necessary.
